Keep21 Admin is an online web site portal for customers of Comm21. Think of Keep21 Admin as a sort of operational CRM system tailored to telephone system and network services that you resell.

Keep21 Admin Features

Keep21 Admin has many features, but here are just a few of them:

  • Add your customers and their office locations
  • Add contacts to these customer records
  • Assign inventory items and network services to each office that the product/ service is installed at
  • Add a maintenance support agreement to an office and then assign inventory items to this agreement.
  • Allow your customers access to Keep21 so that they can view and log new support cases directly against the information you have entered into Keep21 Admin.
  • View the help desk, a list of open cases, and the current status of cases.
  • The help desk is open 24/7/365 for your customers depending on the new case type and whether or not they hold valid support for the inventory item or network service.

Keep21 Admin Requirements

Keep21 Admin is available to all Comm21 customers that currently resell our support services to your customers. Keep21 Admin is a hosted web based system, therefore there is no requirement to install software on your own dedicated server or install/ maintain or upgrade. As a hosted service you benefit from all the updates made to Keep21 Admin straight away. All the data stored on Keep21 Admin is on a secure server, and the data is instantly mirrored across to a server in a different geographical location as we employ database replication. The entire Keep21 Admin and Keep21 web sites are also available via a different hot standby server in the unlikely event that the main server is unavailable; either way the services on offer should be available 99% of the time.
