Keep21 is an exclusive web site service developed by Comm21 for its customers and their end customers. It allows the end customer to access reporting and support based functions based on the products and services that the telecoms service provider have supplied. Keep21 can report on any of the following:
- Phone system hardware, software and licenses
- Network services including lines, calls, Internet circuits, etc
- Maintenance support agreements, and what inventory items are covered under them
Keep21 for End Customers
Keep21 is the web site portal for end customers of the telephony equipment and services. It allows them to log into the branded version where they can interact with the products and services supplied to them by the telecoms service provider who runs the site.
Keep21 Admin for Comm21 Customers
As a telecoms service provider you need an easy way of managing and interacting with your customers and associated products and services you have supplied/ are supplying them. Keep21 Admin enables you to have this functionality. Think of Keep21 Admin as a sort of operational CRM system. Keep21 Admin then allows you to enable access for your customers to access Keep21 - the customer portal.
